If you have dessert on the 'Who Brings What" list this Thanksgiving, it's not too late to pre-order a favorite or two and be the Superhero of Sweets. Orders will close tomorrow night. Next week, we will be open Wednesday 10-6 for order pickups and a selection of other holiday fare - tried and true favorites and new surprises so be sure to check the menu Wednesday morning! Cookies is where it all began...Sweet Baby J’s specializes in hand-crafted custom decorated sugar cookies - edible art! And they really do taste as good as they look! Our signature vanilla-butter sugar cookies are baked with pure ingredients and no preservatives, and decorated with royal icing - don’t worry, you won’t break a tooth, lol! Cookies are available by limited custom order and for purchase at Sweet Baby J’s Crafted Cookies and Confections at 327 N Main St in Roswell, NM. We are currently transitioning into a full-time bakery where we occasionally offer our cookies in other flavor variations such as Chocolate Brownie, Lemon Zest, Snickerdoodle...plus other specialty baked items that bring back so many childhood memories, such as Banana Nut Bread, Cinnamon Rolls, Chocolate Chip cookies, etc...all prepared with the same quality ingredients and elevated just a touch. All items are offered by flash sales a few days a week, so check the page often for details such as days, hours and items available!

Everything we offer is baked in a commercially-licensed and state-inspected kitchen containing know allergens, including but not limited to eggs, wheat, milk, soy, peanuts and tree nuts (even if an allergen is not included in the actual ingredients). At this time, we do not offer vegan, dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free or other special dietary baked goods but are planning on expanding our offerings in the future. Also, all sales are local - under New Mexico retail food regulations, we cannot legally ship cookies (or other baked items)...but we can tell you how!

Sweet Baby J's just dropped off some delicious cookies that are also super cute for y’all to sn**ch up! Hurry before they are gone!!!

While traveling to Dexter for the archery shoot a few weeks ago, we passed through Roswell, NM! Of course, Jake and I had to stop to see all the Alien things! We got to check out the International UFO Museum, did the UFO Spacewalk, went to the Spaceport, and then stopped at Sweet Baby J's for some S’more Cupcakes! 👽🧁

I was at a business meeting yesterday and had some cookies from Sweet Baby J”s. They were so beautiful I did not want to eat them but then once I took one bite I could not stop eating them.
Hands down the most beautiful cookie and best tasting cookie I have ever had !!

Yum! Had a craving for something sweet on our road trip and saw this sweet shop in Roswell as we drove through. Chatted a bit with the owner as I made my cookie order. Behave myself and get one cookie or experiment and get a couple? Hmm considering I just finished an afternoon snack of sopapillas around the corner from her store front, I decided to only get one cookie. Chocolate chip cookie with pecans! Oh my, oh my, very yummy! And I feel good supporting a local small business owner who is just starting up.
