LH Designs is starting something new! Tutus! Custom ordered to your liking. This is personally the one I have made for my daughter for the 2017 Halloween year. I am making my son's costume as well, he is going as her Prince.

Different styles cost different prices, also, you need to plan ahead if you want something that takes a lot of color or detail. **cannot take last minute requests at this time**
