I’m super calm and peaceful this today as I get up and get everything ready for the family to arrive.

In the past, I would get stressed, anxious, and sometimes downright bitchy.🤦‍♀️

Lately, I’ve been very Zen.

I feel very calm and dare I say happy 😊
