Sourdough Apple Cinnamon Scones! I’m having a great time test testing out new flavors for the fall menu, and this one is definitely a keeper! These are bursting with fall spices, including a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom for extra warmth and complexity.

I’ll be sharing more as we get closer to the date, but my next event will be in Vernon Square at the Fall Family Festival on Saturday, 9/20 from 2:00 - 5:00 pm! This event is going to be so much fun for families, the city is even hosting a scarecrow contest!

In the meantime, my menu will open later today for preorders, so keep an eye out on my Hotplate menu for updates, or sign up for email or text notifications with the link in my bio! Can’t wait to share all of these fall flavors with everyone!

100% Whole hard red wheat, locally grown and freshly milled from .and.mill

Still working on getting a little more lift, but the flavor of this wholesome bread is incredible! Made using the recipe from The Perfect Loaf, written by but with a 5 hour autolyse and I pushed bulk right to the edge! Very happy with the results this week. I’m hoping to add this variety to my standard menu soon!

One of my favorite things to do is go treasure hunting at vintage shops! is my absolute favorite place to spend time wandering. Each booth is so artfully curated and presented, if you’ve never been to one of their locations, I highly recommend checking them out!

I am so excited to be bringing fresh sourdough bread and pastries to Bliss Market’s outdoor Summer Peddler Fair on Saturday, 6/21 from 9:00 - 3:00 at their Rancho Cordova location. Come out and support small businesses and find some vintage treasures that are just waiting for you to discover!

Lemon Blueberry Sourdough is joining the summer menu! Sweetened with a hint of honey, this lovely loaf would be a great compliment to any breakfast or a charcuterie board!Swirls of blueberry provide a beautiful color and flavor to this bread alongside a bit of brightness from fresh lemons, this is definitely one of my new favorites!

I’ll be sharing my next pop-up event for June very soon, but in the meantime, I’ll have a special porch pickup date this Wednesday and another next Saturday, 6/7. Things will be slowing down a bit for me at the bakery while we adjust to the summer schedule with the kids home from school! Strawberry Shortcake Sourdough Scones are joining the Spring menu! These scones are absolutely delicious! Made with fresh, organic strawberries, a strawberry infused crumble, and a delightful drizzle of strawberry icing. Each bite has the freshness of sweet berries and the richness of butter and cream. Available for pickup on Easter weekend, 4/19 and I’ll have them the following weekend at Springtime in the Square on 4/26!

I'll have a limited amount of a special French style sourdough, Pain De Campagne! This bread is made with a blend of white, whole wheat, and rye flour, giving this bread a unique depth of flavor, perfect to eat alongside soup or to make a delicious sandwich!
