When your kid wants a hot dog by the pool, but you also want them eating something made with actual food - not resistant tapioca starch, maltodextrin, canola oil, pea protein, and whatever else is hiding in the bag.
Mom mode activated. So I developed a gluten-free hot dog bun today that doesn’t fall apart and is made with eggs, organic whole milk, and real butter.
And thankfully, I made enough to share with all of you too.
