Meet Kate!

Kate graduated from Roseville Area High School and is heading to College tomorrow! She loves working here so much she insisted on working her last day and is feeling guilty about leaving us. She’ll be back when she’s home from school.

Kate’s worked at our Roseville location since the summer of 2022. Her favorite bagel combo is the Everything Bagel with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese. Her favorite record to play while working is Lana Del Ray, Born to Die.

Introducing hand crafted Shopping Bags sold exclusively at both St. Paul Bagelry locations. Each design is unique and more will be arriving so keep an eye out for one that strikes your style. These bags are meant for your bagel order, grocery stops, or any of the random needs one needs a bag that will stand the test of time.

Meet the artist: Kathy is a talented quilter with a love for making bags. She’s our owner’s sister and bestie and the two of them created this design together to offer to our community.

Peggy Teed, otherwise known to much of our staff as mom, grandma or auntie, is our Founder & St. Paul Bagelry Owner since January 9th, 2007.

Peggy is driven by the communities the Bagelry supports and is passionate about fostering those relationships. Community all the way! Conversations and spaces where everyone is welcome to connect & share stories is our #1 mission for the Bagelry.

Her favorite bagel combo varies day to day. Today, she’s going with a bagel breakfast sandwich with sausage and egg on a toasted, buttered jalapeño bagel.

While she has lots of favorite records, The Drifter’s Golden Hits, gets her smiling every time!

Another fantastic event with Creative Mornings Minneapolis. We’re always happy to fuel these creatives with bagels & cream cheese.
