This cake is from our family picnic/back to school day at Belle Isle in August, my most favorite park in the world! I made this garden cake in honor of my mom- whom I miss dearly.

She loved her vegetable gardens and I would help her tend to it and pick the vegetables from them as a kid. Each "rock" (fudge)around the cake represents her children, grandchildren and great-grands and great-great.

I figured out how to make fondant collard greens because without putting those on the cake- it wouldn't have been her garden. It took a while to post but I finally was able to.

So guess who had a 5th Baby Shark birthday on July 27th? Well Adrian Pizza Sauce Ross did! Even though he's the baby grandchild, he's not a baby anymore. We love you our smart, funny and loving pizza rolls grandson! Cake made by granny with love!
