Reds Rolls Update ❤️
Hey everyone, we wanted to give you a real update on where we’re at.
As you know we’ve been closed the last two months while we told you we were redoing our menu and website — and that part is true. What we haven’t shared is the bigger reason.
Shae had to have foot surgery, this turned out to be much more extensive than expected. She finally got her cast off this past Wednesday, but she’s still a long way from being able to walk or stand for any length of time.

Since it’s just the two of us and I’m still working my full-time job, we simply can’t open safely right now.
We’re really disappointed we won’t make it to the opening night of the Roselle Car Show tonight either — we were really looking forward to seeing everyone.
We miss serving you and we miss being out there. Thank you so much for all the kind messages and patience while we get through this. As soon as Shae is back on her feet (like literally back on her feet), we’ll be back with the new additions to our menu and fresh energy. Our new truck is also getting closer to being approved from the department.

We’ll keep you posted on our progress, hopefully soon

We’re so excited to finally open our doors again to you and had our hearts set on welcoming you all in early May… but we’re hitting a few unexpected speed bumps with equipment and paperwork that are taking a bit longer than planned.
We’ll be closed for a few more weeks while we sort everything out and make sure we can give you the fresh, quality Australian-style rolls, slices, and baked goods you deserve.
We promise it’ll be worth the wait! 🥐🥯

Good morning, Following a brief hiatus, we have been diligently working behind the scenes to implement enhancements to our bakery operations, focusing on streamlining processes and improving item predictability. We are particularly excited about an upcoming menu addition, details of which will be announced shortly.
Currently, we are seeking local assistance for a catering box transfer from our 1995 Chevrolet 1500 to our F250. If you offer this service, please reach out, and we can discuss further.

Today’s our last day before we close for a quick menu & website revamp — but we’re not going out quietly!

Hey Roselle friends! We’ve been baking up fresh Aussie sausage rolls, cruffins, and those classic slices you love… but we’ve noticed it’s been quieter than we’d hoped lately.
You’re NOT alone—right now the entire restaurant world is feeling the squeeze with rising costs and tighter budgets (the latest industry reports are not favourable for small businesses like ours).
That’s why we’re taking the month of April to close up shop and completely revise our menu + website. We want to come back with even better Aussie flavors, easier online ordering, and more reasons for you to walk through our door at 976 Lake St.
