Help Our Friends at Charlsie’s Make Their New Catonsville Bakehouse a Home
Delicious pastries, doughnuts, and cookies from have been a staple at our pop up.
Now, the team at Charlsie’s could use a bit of love from all of us to make their dream of opening their own brick and mortar bakery a reality. They’ve finally secured a location in Catonsville, but the necessary renovations will be very costly for a small business. We would be very thankful if you could show them some love either by donating or sharing their crowdfunding link to help them get a little bit closer to their dream. (We ALL benefit if they can keep making their incredible treats! 🥧🍩🍰🍪)

Roland Park Bagels coming thru on a rainy / snowy Caturday morning! It’s , and they have a menu especially for us, including these fine specimens here:
1) Carrot Lox Bagel - served open-faced with vegan cream cheese, capers, carrot ‘lox’, and red onion. I chose to get mine on a pumpernickel bagel, and it was perfect! Malty sweet and soft bagel (I looove pumpernickel), pungent onion, perfectly chunky, cooked, and marinated carrot, and plenty of briny capers! They didn’t skimp on the carrot either! So yummy!
2) Maple Bourbon Chicken Sando - the chicken is from Little Fig Bake Shop and incredible - deep fried crunchy exterior with a perfectly sweet maple glaze, just egg, American cheese & deep fried hash brown on a vegan brioche bun. Hearty and incredibly delicious!
We also picked up an affordable 6-pack assortment of their special bagels, and a bag of Ceremony Coffee Roasters for later! Had a slight mishap to which the manager swiftly corrected. Overall a great experience and can’t wait to try their other vegan items!
If you're heading to Golden West Cafe this week, you're gonna wanna add Little Fig Bake Shop to the dessert menu!
