Happy Friday! I have an announcement 📣

I am shifting from weekend pick up orders to special events and large orders model starting March 2026. I am no longer working from home and I've found it a little bit difficult to manage my time with the usual house chores, me time, dog duties, baking and taking life as it happens.

My menu is still accessible through the link in my bio and pinned post for you to see what I offer. I'm working on creating a new form to have prices for parties/events depending on servings/guest count. You'll have the option to personalize your order (color, theme, size(s), etc.) which I'm excited about because if it's something I haven't done I'm certain the test runs will be fun.

I'm still available for pop-ups and special town events, so don't forget me!

Hi there 👋

Dropping by your timeline to let you know I'm back to accepting weekend orders. January dates have been added - check out my order form here: https://forms.gle/bZU1JYH6gVGbXUve9

I hurt my back around Thanksgiving and it took me a little over a month to start feeling normal again. Laying down? Painful. Standing up? Forget it! Sitting down? Uncomfortable. OTC medicine? I gave in and took it but it barely helped. I made it to the Dr.s office and a couple of shots and strong pain meds later, I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I stuck to my stretches and moderate walking but baking was out of the question. It didn't stop me from making my way to Mexico to celebrate the patronal festival of El Capulín in Michoacán - I did a lot of nothing but also some evening dancing with the right medication and patches 😂. All of that really slowed down what I was able to do in the kitchen during the holidays but it also gave me a good break and reset.

I'm fully aware we're in that time of the year when people cut down on certain foods and reassessing diets, but .... a little pan dulce can't hurt 🥲 and I'm here for you.

I hope your 2026 is off to a great start.

Día de Mu***os is right around the corner and I'm looking forward and honored to bake your bread for your dearly departed.

Here at Apolonia's Bakery each pan de mu**to is made to order with fresh, quality ingredients. The smaller batches means better baking plan and simple. It also ensures you get the freshest and highest quality treats. Whether you’re grabbing a co**ha with your morning coffee or picking up a half-dozen polvorones to take home, every order means a lot to me.

Unlike mass-produced baked goods, small-batch baking allows me to give careful attention to every co**ha, niño envuelto, marranito, co**ha, and every treat that comes out of our oven. This means you can taste the difference in every bite. This pan de mu**to will bo no different.

If you'd like to place an order send me a message or comment below. Each small tumba (pan de mu**to) is $8

Local pick up in Saturday, November 1st between 10a and 1230p.

From www.gob.mx

I'll be popping up at Reverie ✨
