WED APRIL 9TH, we will be OPEN and featuring CREAM PUFFS, ECLAIRS and HAM AND CHEESE SCONES.

Kim and I wanted to take this time to tell you about our NEW EXCITING PRODUCT LINE..

Over and over, many people come in stating that they are watching their sugars, their diets, and that's all well good, and with our whole ingredients, we have very wholesome foods.

Kim and I have always had the policy to not push the calorie envelope (the more is better idea.) Our treats are no ways, sugar free, but neither are they gratuitously calorie laden.

We have never piled on the chocolate, the caramel, the nuts, the marshmallows etc calories on top of calories in order to make our products appetizing.

We have decided to adjust certain daily products to be sold in a SMALL PORTION that could be considered individual size or share-able between two people.

We have tested this through out a week and a half, and it has been a hit!

People have responded wholeheartedly and understand that we are not charging more for smaller portions, so it is easy on your CALORIES as well as your WALLET.

It is Good Friday!

It is quite a lineup today!

We didn't announce it ahead of time. Because there's only so much time in the ovens, but I am going to be able to make FOCCACIA BREAD today.

We have an order for it, and so we have the time to start putting it through the oven. We will have Plain and Jalapeno Pepper and Cheddar.

We will also have frosted cupcakes.The cookies will be after the order is FILLED... SO PLEASE DON'T EXPECT THEM UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 10:15 OR 10:30AM.

We also have dinner rolls to pop in and pick up... and we do have some ANGEL ROLLS. (A new bread we are featuring.)

Later on in the day we will have CHOCOLATE GANACHE EASTER CAKES for pop in and pick up.

Depending on time, we will have CAKES IN THE SHAPE OF A CROSS.

Tomorrow we will have. CINNAMON ROLLS !!!!
I didn't want to promise them until I knew I could do them.
But yes, we will have cinnamon rolls. They will not be unlimited, but there's going to be a good representation.
So if you wanna snag your cinnamon rolls, you need to tell me TODAY phone in TODAYand tell me if you want more than 3.

Please be aware there is only so much time and only so much room in the ovens.That make it physically possible to do these things.
I still have baking for orders tonight....so just be aware.

Kim and I will be taking the following tuesday april 7th off.

Thursday April 2nd
Chocolate Chip Walnut cookies and Ham and Cheese scones.

We will be working on breads tomorrow.

I'm not going to promise in any a certain order.They will j just come out of the oven when they are ready and I will announce it.

There will be cupcakes, highly decorated and sugar cookies. Kim is working on a very large order.And when she is done, there will be more items out in the refrigerator.

But don't let that hold you back from coming on into kim's cupcakery and getting our delicious CREAM PUFFS!

We are working towards Easter at the end of the week. We have suspended our baking schedule for day daily baking which means that we will not have our regularly scheduled products...BUT we may have some surprises like yesterday. You discovered the BANANA RUM CARAMEL CAKE... Which was quite unexpected.

The deadline for getting your easter orders in has passed.
We will now be working on fulfilling the orders that we have, and be displaying rolls, breads and decorated cakes, ready for popping In and picking up.

As my Dad would say we have more goodies for Easter "than you can shake a stick at!"

Until Easter weekend, we will be featuring everything you could want for your Holy week celebration.

From Challah bread, dinner rolls, Egg shaped cakes, to cakes in the shape of the cross...and cupcakes with Easter themes...bunnies or resurrection sentiments.

However you hold this celebration next to your heart, we have something special for your table.

WE WILL BE SUSPENDING OUR SCHEDULE OF BAKING, BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU CANNOT COME BY TO PICK SOMETHING UP. It just means that we may not have the featured item on the day we regularly schedule.

Today, we will have pineapple upside down cake or plum upside down cake or pear upside down cake...or whatever way we roll!

Wednesday we will have cream puffs.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We will be concentrating on getting the specialized holiday baking and orders completed.

THERE WILL BE SOME EASTER THEMED COOKIES, READY FOR A PICK UP EACH DAY.THIS WEEK.

Kim's focus, however, will be to fill the orders that she has. Because they do come first, so please do not expect to be able to pick up the sugar cookies with buttercream. Frosting, before 10am.

This week at Kim's Cupcakery llc -2020 we will be offering various cakes and cupcakes....
We have some EASTER EGG CAKES that we will be chocolate, ganaching and Kim will decorate a beautiful chocolate egg out of it...

We will make a few peep cakes.Kim will be frosting, sugar cookies and special cupcakes.
It's all gonna be fun, just like we have In the past years, we bring the fun, just imagine... some cute cookies or cupcakes on your Easter table.

Do you have fun memories of going to grandmother's house on Easter and finding something special by your plate?

Well, now you may not have the same amount of time to spend on making special treats like your grandmother did but You sure could drop by the bakery and find something that suitable that will make memories with your loved ones.

We will have chocolate and white cake for the decorated CROSS CAKES. At this point, we only have three crosses, so it is first come for served.

Remember where we are located across the street on the same side of the road from Bob's Deli.
