Thank you Roscommon Village Market and to all that came down to the Winter Market today!! It was an exciting day for us here at BBBC!!! We sold every single loaf we brought! We’re set up and ready at the Roscommon Winter Farmers Market today! ❄️🍞

Come visit us at the AuSable River Center from 10–3 PM and grab some fresh sourdough while it lasts.

Today we’ve got:
• Fresh Barebone Loaves
• Flavor-packed sourdough (including jalapeño cheddar 👀)
• Samples so you can try before you buy!

The oven door opens.
The heat rushes out.
And you lift the lid off the Dutch oven.

For just a second, time slows.

That golden crust. The perfect split along the score. The loaf standing tall, steaming, alive. When you tap it and hear that quiet crackle as it cools—there’s no better sound.

It’s the excitement of trusting the process. The patience of every fold and every hour of fermentation. And the pure satisfaction of finally getting it just right.

This is why we love sourdough.
