I just want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out to the farm stand and supported my small business this weekend. Every loaf, every cookie, every kind word truly means more than you know.

What started as a dream has turned into something real because of this amazing community. Your support, encouragement, and excitement for what I bake keeps me going and inspires me to keep growing.

Rain, cold, or shine… the squirrels are working 🐿️🫶

Fat Squirrel Sourdough farm stand will be OPEN this Sunday, April 19th—no matter what the weather decides to do! If it’s raining, we’ll have the canopy up so you can shop comfortably and stay dry.

Right now, the first batch of brown butter chocolate chip cookies is just coming out of the oven and smelling incredible 🤎

English muffins and sandwich bread are proofing and almost ready to bake… it’s going to be a good one.

The farm stand will reopen once we start getting some consistent nicer days. I’m hoping March brings the kind of weather we need!
