Hey everyone! I’ve received quite a few messages about placing orders over the past couple of weeks, so I wanted to take a moment to check in.

I very recently started a new job, have a kiddo in two spring sports, and have taken on a couple other commitments. Because of this, I’ll be stepping away from my baking, catering, and meal prep services with The Rolling Dough Co. for the time being.

You’re always welcome to reach out—I’m more than happy to point you toward some great local options and if it happens that I am free and able to help, I would love to!

I’m so grateful for the support over the past couple of years. Baking and creating for you all has truly meant so much to me, and I’ve cherished the relationships this journey has brought.

If we’ve already spoken and I’ve confirmed an order with you in the coming weeks, nothing will change—this update only applies to new inquiries.

I hope I will get the opportunity to see your smiling faces when I am able to help with the food truck this summer and hope you will follow along with my family at Udderly Smooth Rolled Ice Cream if you haven’t already!

Kelli has been like a big sister to me and one of my favorite people I have met in this whole food service adventure.
