Copperccino’s has been a cherished part of our downtown story, but as we embrace a fresh chapter in a new neighborhood, it’s time to introduce a new identity. We’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of THE RAVEN!

As we settle into our new home, we want to express our sincere appreciation for your patience during this transition. Nothing worthwhile is ever easy or fast, and while we’re working hard to make it perfect, we anticipate our doors won’t open until spring.

Our mission is simple: to become your go-to spot. We're still serving the same delicious, high-quality food and baked goods you know and love, but now with a cozy pub vibe, complete with a selection of beer, wine, and classic tavern bites. Copperccino’s is going to be back this fall! FINALLY!

Electrical & plumbing are finally done and inspected! Dan in codes has been wonderful to work with and we’re finally moving forward with closing up walls and getting TONS of tiling done! Countertops are in, fireplace will be being redesigned and…soon…signs will begin to go up!

Thank you all for your patience and well-wishes. It has certainly been a frustrating period for us but we see a grand re-opening in the near future! You just don’t realize how enormous an undertaking it is to move into a space that had been sitting empty for over three DECADES!

The white tiled space is our bakehouse. The giant stacks of boxes are tile and brick.

There will be lots of updates now - as the visual work really moves swiftly. Stay tuned!!!

It’s a new year and we’d like to wish everyone all the best! It’s been awhile since we’ve updated you all and here’s the scoop: We’re shooting for a Spring opening - probably in May. Thank you all for your patience; it has certainly been a great deal longer than we’d ever thought!

The summer tornado really threw a wrench into our plans and we’ve been patiently waiting on local contractors to dig out of their significant backlog so that we can move forward. We’re now back on track!

We’ve also not been idle. Without going into too much detail at present, suffice it to say that we have another project well in the works. That project, 3 Fellows Hospitality, will be a partner business with Copperccino’s and will be providing elegant lodging and event services here in Rome in the very near future as well! We’re including a few teaser pics from 3 Fellows and also from Dibella’s Gifts, our neighbor here at 506 North James Street. Mr. Dibella’s offerings are extensive - and from around the world. There is going to be some amazing synergy going on here!

Please keep tuned to our page and our Instagram from now until we open - we’ll be giving you constant updates. We’ve been a bit remiss as of late - but there has not really been anything to report…

Well, the new façade is just about complete and this morning Rizio and Calandra Plumbing tore up the concrete out front and have started to replace the sewer and water lines! Three decades of non-use have certainly slowed Progress.. but we are getting there!
