There is PLENTY stocked in the stand right now, and more goodies are coming out throughout the day!
🍩 Sourdough Doughnuts were a huge hit this morning and SOLD OUT! Thank you all! I will have those restocked in the morning.
🧀 Cheddar Bay Biscuits will be restocked today, along with: A big batch of fresh Cinnamon Rolls!

Wow! Thank you to everyone who stopped by the farmstand today. Your support means so much to me! I definitely underestimated bread sales, and many of you helped clear out my inventory faster than expected.
🍞 More fresh sourdough loaves will be available tomorrow (Saturday) around 10:00 AM.

After several requests, I've added a classic favorite to the menu! My Homemade Banana Pudding is made completely from scratch with a layer of creamy vanilla pudding, vanilla wafers, fresh bananas, and topped with my own homemade whipped cream.
This isn't the boxed stuff—it's rich & creamy! If these are a hit I plan to offer other flavors and larger sizes soon! Perfect for a sweet treat after dinner, a weekend dessert, or just because!
Available in convenient 8 oz cups/$5 at the farmstand dropping now!

✨ FEELER POST ✨
I wanted to ask for some input from my customers and followers! ❤️
As many of you know, I’ve been on my own health journey and have been experimenting with making some higher protein options for myself at home for approximately a year and half now. It got me wondering… would anyone be interested if I started occasionally offering some healthier/high protein menu items at St. Clair Sourdough Co?
Some things I’ve been working on include:
🥖 High Protein Sourdough Loaves
🥯 Protein English Muffins
🍦 High Protein Ice Cream
🍰 High Protein / Monk Fruit Sweetened Desserts
🍕 Protein Pizzas
The goal would be to still have delicious homemade foods while offering options with higher protein, lower sugar, and more health-conscious ingredients for those interested.
This would NOT replace my regular menu items — just possibly be an added option for those wanting something different!
Since these products are more specialty ingredients and time intensive, I wanted to see if there’s enough interest before adding them to the menu.
