I’ve been working on some gourmet cookie options, peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chunk, blondies and brownies, all using top quality ingredients (Valrhona chocolate, French butter, King Arthur flours and other blends) so what I’ll have to offer is unlike what you’ll find locally. I will still offer the classics (cookies mom used to make) as well as pies, sweet breads, savory breads, cupcakes, pastries and cakes. My time is limited and 2-3 weeks noticed is needed for most things.

My favorite part of baking cakes is seeing the inside after they are cut. When it’s my grand baby’s birthday, it was even better! She wanted a rainbow cake. 6 layers of vanilla rainbow cake with alternating fillings, buttercream, strawberry and strawberry crunch and vanilla bean mousse.

C’est moi, your friendly Sassy baker! Customer wanted a Hot Wheels cake and since customer is my grandson turning 5 tomorrow, I had to make it happen! 10 inch, 3 layer vanilla cake with vanilla bean mousse filling and Swiss meringue buttercream.
