One my favorite parts of baking is being able to experiment and see what different combinations and flavors pair well with each other. Well recently I had what I believe to be a genius idea: cinnamon roll brioche! The inside has a delicious brown sugar cinnamon filling and is topped with a powdered sugar glaze.

I believe this is so wonderful that I have decided to add it to the menu! It will be priced the same as the chocolate brioche and will simply be another version you can order :)

With orders in mind, I am taking Thanksgiving orders! Items will need to be picked up or delivered by the 27th as I will not be available for Thanksgiving day pick ups or deliveries. Thank you so much for your support and I look forward to baking for you!

Introducing the official holiday menu! While some items have stayed, new ones have made an appearance: peppermint fudge cookies, gingersnaps, cinnamon rolls, and the iconic peppermint hot chocolate cupcake!

I am so excited to be able to bake for the holidays, and I am especially looking forward to sharing some treats that have brought about wonderful memories with my family. Thank you for supporting my business and I look forward to baking some amazing holiday treats for y'all!

I got to make some wonderful goodies yesterday and so I of course wanted to share them! I made pumpkin muffins and the current bakery favorite, chocolate brioche!

The pumpkin muffins are topped with a delicious brown sugar streusel and I absolutely adore it, and the chocolate brioche has an amazing chocolate swirl and perfectly balances the fluffy bread!

Also, be on the lookout for some exciting updates to the menu coming soon for the holidays! Christmas time is my absolute favorite time, so I want to start baking Christmas goodies sooner rather than later! A certain fan-favorite cupcake will be coming alongside other delicious seasonal goodies. Thank y'all for the support and I look forward to baking for y'all 🩵

I was recently given the wonderful privilege of baking a nice homemade pumpkin pie and I wanted to share how wonderfully it turned out! Pumpkin pie is one of my favorite fall treats and I am excited to continue baking them throughout the holidays!

Alongside pumpkin pie, I offer a variety of fruit pies such as cherry, peach, strawberry, raspberry, apple, and more; simply send me a message and let me know what pie you would like!

Happy opening day! I am so excited to begin taking orders and provide you with some lovely baked goods! Please let me know if there are any questions or confusion regarding the menu, order information, or payment so that I can clarify.

As a quick heads up, I will be out of town this Saturday afternoon, so orders requested to be picked up that day will need to be picked up that morning. I cannot wait to see how God moves through this new phase of my life and I am so excited to bake for you!

So excited for the opening of my bakery next week on Tuesday the 15th! I've spent time working on recipes, getting the supplies I need, and seeing how God has been working to make sure everything has been going smoothly. I was recently given the opportunity to make chocolate cupcakes and wanted to share how they turned out! I am truly so blessed to be able to do this, and cannot wait to share these blessing with everyone!

Howdy folks, I wanted to share both some news and another sneak peak at the menu!

First, I am happy to announce that the opening day for the bakery will be Tuesday, October 15th! This gives me some time to finalize recipes, prices, and gather everything I need to have a smooth opening.

Secondly, I wanted to share this amazing treat, pumpkin bread! Shaped like a pumpkin and coated in cinnamon sugar, it is a great pick me up for a cozy fall day. I look forward to being able to bake for y'all!

I just want to say thank you to everyone for the overwhelming love and support I've received since I've announced the start of my bakery. It means the world to have yall in my corner and root for me as I begin this journey!

Here is a look at an item that will be available on the menu, vanilla cupcakes! Topped with vanilla buttercream and white sanding sugar, they are a wonderful treat for birthdays and get togethers with family. I can't wait to share them with you!

Welcome to the Rae of Sunshine Bakery! As I work on getting our opening day prepped and ready, I wanted to begin sharing some of my creations and take this time to properly introduce myself.

My name is Raegan and I was born and raised in the Northwest Arkansas area. I am incredibly proud to be able to call this place my home and be able to give back to a community that has given so much to me. I have been baking ever since I knew how to use an oven and grew up making treats for my family, and now I want to be able to share them with y'all! Be on the lookout for information about how to order and the menu will come out on opening day!
