The news has been released! We are excited to now share who our new tenant is. Kelley is awesome at what she does and after being asked so many times to cater we realized the need for it in our town was huge! Help us welcome Shorty's Cafe to downtown Rockwood.

📣📣📣📣 SHARE! SHARE! 📣📣📣📣Happy Friday everyone. We have some news to share! Tomorrow will be our last day open as Bubba’s Bakery! Rodney and I hate to see it go but I promise it's for something better. When we decided to purchase and run Bubba's Bakery it was only until we found someone else we trusted to pass it on to. Neither of us wanted to see it close back then so we bit the bullet and took off with it. Keep in mind neither of us had ANY restaurant experience except working in them as teenagers!🤣🤣 Bubba's Bakery provided a place for the kids to hang out after school, a place for friends to meet on weekends and just catch up, several book clubs met during the week etc. With that being said we weren't looking for someone right now but it all just happened. In May our town will have a Cafe opening @ 124 W Rockwood Street Rockwood. Trust me when I say this new owner knows their stuff. The owner operates a business now and is well known in our community as well as surrounding communities. Everyone will be pleased with our choice I'm sure. The cafe will also serve bakery items, coffee and will even CATER large events. So let's remember to support the local cafe when it opens in May! When the new owner makes an announcement I will share on this page as well!!! WE ARE VERY EXCITED and can't wait to see what this brings to our community!

These ladies are awesome and so is DONNA! 🤣 We love shopping for our produce at Sisters Market! Definitely our go to for fresh fruits and veggies! Sister's Market has a little bit of everything and will definitely help you find a gift for that special someone!

Since we have had a lot of new followers since we opened, we thought we would take the time to introduce ourselves. We are the sisters behind Sisters Market. We opened Sisters Market in 2018 because we felt Rockwood needed a little farmers' market to shop all local things. We carry local produce, local Amish baked goods, Amish jams and jellies, Amish pickled goods, Sweetwater Valley Farm cheese, Amish milk, Southern Roane Beef and Lamb, Sophie’s Mixes, and that's just a variety of LOCAL things you can find at our market. We try to bring you all the best local produce and anything else we can find. Inside our market, you can find Highland Lane Boutique and Lake865. We truly appreciate all our customers who shop locally with us. ❤️

Thank you to Allyson Varner Flower Bar for the beautiful flowers Monday. During Mainstreet Monday Allyson delivered a beautiful arrangement to our businesses as a "just because". It made our day!!! This picture doesn't do them justice. They are absolutely beautiful and keep in mind this picture was taken two days after we received them. 😍

Happy Monday! Bubba’s Bakery is ready to kick off the first Mainstreet Monday of 2024. We have several sweets, chicken salad, pasta salads and our famous meatball subs. We're open until Mainstreet shuts down tonight!

Bubba’s Bakery is closed today March 29th for Good Friday and closed Saturday, March 30th as well to ensure family time for our employees. We will be back and ready to serve you on Monday.
