We had a few people ask about our focaccia bread today.. what do you do with it?
You’ll definitely want to re-heat it. Toaster or air fryer is the best suggestion because the crust will crisp up nicely. You can also store it in the fridge for 3 days or freezer for 3 months!
Eat it plain for a quick snack, spread garlic sauce or hummus on top, slice it in half and turn it into sandwich bread, or our favorite: use it as pizza crust! 🤤

The top cookie is a vanilla cakie with chewy strawberry bits throughout creating a texture explosion! The bottom is a vanilla and strawberry cakie combined for the ultimate strawberry and cream combo.
Since these are free, the packages are NOT labeled with ingredients. Please note there are allergens in these cookies such as: wheat, dairy, eggs.

The sweet grad chose some very fun flavors: banana pudding, red velvet, classic choccy chip, strawberry, confetti and Gateway!
Oh, what is a Gateway cookie you ask? Picture it.. chocolate and vanilla cake cookie dough mixed together and baked with a hint of sprinkles! Invented by the grad herself for a previous order and now a staple on our menu!

Anywhoooo. A few weeks ago, my sweet mama gave me some dehydrated sourdough starter and asked me to make her some goodies. Sourdough has always been intimidating, so I’m glad she gave me the nudge to try it out.
Fast forward to today, I decided the starter is finally ready to use. The first recipe (and what sounded easiest) was pretzel bites!
After literally hours of rising, folding, slicing, baking etc. they were ready to be tested. Thank goodness for my husband’s willingness to try any type of carbohydrate at the drop of a hat because I couldn’t wait for someone to test them out.
His opinion: “Can I eat all of these?” 😋
So what do you think… should we sell sourdough pretzels/pretzel bites?!
Introducing… Cakies!
I recently got a request from a dear friend to make a cookie named the ‘Gateway’ after her kitty that recently crossed over the rainbow bridge. Her idea was for a puffy cake cookie that was chocolate and vanilla marble. This sounded like an amazing idea all-around and I was thrilled to make her idea into a treat. To take it a little farther, I also made a red velvet and a strawberry cookie with the same consistency.
They were all a hit! Since then, I’ve gotten requests to make more of these puffy cake cookies. We’ll call them cakies and we’ll all enjoy these little melt-in-your-mouth clouds 🤤
