From my young days loafinā around Iāve always thought my naan was a great baker. She always said āLeave no scone unturned ā and āNot everything is black and wheatā. It was ingrained in me from a young age. When I began baking bread, I was frustrated with lifeless loaves and I remember her saying, āYouāve made your bread, now lie in itā and it changed my life. She really was a great roll model. This was a loaf-changing experience for me.
I donut want to brag but Iām making some ryeteous bread these days. Iām always saying to customers āJeez, calm down. No need to get rye-led up!ā I dough what I can to go against the grain to create the best flavors for my loaves. I am willing to share some recipes at request but only on a knead-to-know basis.
Last, but not yeast I was born and bread to bake sourdough. Itās my bread and butter. Now I might be a few sandwiches short of a picnic and Iām not exactly raking in the dough, but its butter late than never to start this bread business. I like to cut the crepe and dough what I can to bring you the best bread I can. Crust me, the best is yet to crumb.
