Hi everyone! 😊

🌦️ Don’t let the small chance of rain scare you away tomorrow! We’ll be at the Bethesda YMCA arriving between 9:30-10:00 AM and staying until 8:00 PM. We’d love to see you!

🍲 We made a fresh pot of our Brazilian Fish Stew (Moqueca) today, and it came out wonderful.

🥘 We also cooked a beautiful batch of our Brazilian Feijoada with very tender beef. The feijoada will be available frozen, and we’ll have fresh rice to go with all of our soups.

We’ve had a busy week in the kitchen and have some delicious homemade favorites ready for you!

This week we made a fresh pot of Mexican Beef Stew. It came out wonderful with a medium-high level of spice, but it’s a clean heat that doesn’t linger. We all loved it in the kitchen, and we think you will too!
