Guess who’s back, back again?! 🎶

Many have asked when Mike Miles is coming back to work… well he filled in today and has been helping bake all morning! 🧁

Proof that he DOES still work sometimes, even in retirement lol!

Also- please ignore my hair 😂 Pilates at Uplift Bungee Fitness this morning got me lookin a hot mess!!

Things I do as your wedding cake baker that you might not realize:

1. Ride in the trunk with your cake to make sure it arrives safely.
2. Prep all of your flowers with tape and straws so that you don’t ingest flower “juice” and get sick.
3. Cut up pieces of cake boxes to make sure the cake table is level- nothing bugs me more than a shaky cake table 🫣
4. Mock up your design to make sure it fits your vision, toppers, etc.
5. Sometimes reject your cake stand choice- if I don’t know you’re planning a cake stand, I can’t offer advice.
6. Fix your broken dessert table sign (I didn’t break it) but I want to make sure it looks perfect!
