A year ago today, with Grist and Garden, I opened a window (quite literally, I guess) to a new adventure I called my “great experiment”. After a year of self discovery, connecting with a new community, and having the pleasure of sharing the joy of food and sparking our senses with a whole lot of wonderful people, it seems I can officially stop calling it an experiment. This is my work, my craft, my passion. I find a new thrill with every week that passes. Thank you to all of you for having been a part of this journey. Looking forward to the year ahead!
