so much fun to be sharing my new career, I'm inviting everyone to come see the beautiful mid coast school of technology. I am currently the pastry instructor for the 2 year baking-pastry program. the open house is Thursday 5-7p.m. my classes will be baking some yummy treats for our bake sale. the school is amazing. some of the classes recent accomplishments

Should of put this in my last post, I have not retired. I am the baking-pastry instructor at region 8 vocational school in rockland. Its an incredible school for high school students and I enjoy teaching. This is a great way for me to pass on my experience, recipes etc. Hope to have some adult education classes in baking and pastry in the spring. please come visit the school and my incredible classroom when there's an open house.

I'm sure alot of you are wondering what is going on. I've had a crazy fall wedding cake season. but after 27 years it's time to say goodbye to sweetsensations. this has been a very difficult decision for me to make. It's been a crazy few years with covid and a very difficult time to be in any food business. THANK YOU for being so supportive over the years. I hope you all have great memories of sweetsensations and 3 dogs cafe. Am having a garage sale oct 2. Anyone interested in bakery equipment please let me know.
I am keeping some things because you never know if I will be offering cakes in the near future.

I know it's been awhile since my last post, let me just say I have not stopped long enough to do anything but make beautiful cakes and pastries.

The walk in, retail shop will not be opening this summer. I have been very busy doing pre ordered cakes etc. There is alot that is unpredictable in this business right now and could not afford to make things for the cases and not have them sell. . I have watched prices continue to rise, getting certain supplies etc.
Just call to order, please know that I'm working alone and cannot always answer the phone when it rings, so leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I can.

Still baking to order, it has worked out well this winter. Have done lots of fun cakes etc. Start thinking ahead for Easter.
Alot of people have been able to get a cake, cheesecake, cupcakes etc the same day as needed, but prefer a notice. Baking everyday.
