Grey days, green grass, and spring blooms have us looking forward to another season of growth.

Today is a bittersweet day at the bakery as we gear up for our final tomorrow. Thank you Brazen Belfast people!

Starting in May, most deliveries, including Waldo county partner retailers, will shift to Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Visit us at on Thursdays and on Saturdays, starting May 2nd.

8/30 update- Brazen will be at the Camden Farmers Market as usual, with all the goodies for a great holiday weekend.
2025 has been a huge push to relocate, dial in a new space, and keep the mixers spinning. It has been tough to keep up on socials. Hopefully you have had a chance to enjoy a taste of our work. We are ever grateful for your support throughout our growth.

It seems like these rainy Saturdays will never end. I'm bringing a bit of warmth and positivity at the with these lemony Sunshine Buns.
We will our Olive "Focaccia" Loaf, made with Maine Grown Kamut flour, a selection of sourdough loaves, rhubarb oat bars, Flatbread Skinnies, hot coffee and a selection of other treats.
