This cake was designed for a photoshoot for a16th birthday.

I wanted the cherries to look fresh for the shoot, so I went for fondant cherries instead of the real ones but used real stems to give them a realistic look.... some vegetable shortening for the shine and voila there you have it.....a simple, elegant cake with a cherry on top😉
