My kids have birthdays 3 days apart. So for now we combine celebrations. Carter’s big wish was for a Bluey cake. So I did half Bluey and half Bingo!

Cake was three 8 inch layers. 2 vanilla and one chocolate with both chocolate and vanilla frosting inside and all fondant decorations.

Sweet 16!

This customer already had a cake topper and requested this simple and elegant design. This is a 6 inch, 3 layer confetti cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate buttercream. This was for a sweet 16 year old who shares a birthday with me!

I got to experiment a bit with this 40th birthday cake. The theme of the party was red, white, and blue. The cake is French vanilla, white and blue were white chocolate buttercream and the red was white chocolate raspberry buttercream. There was a thin layer of raspberry filling as well. Toppings include macarons, fresh raspberries, sprinkles, and gummy bears (birthday boy’s favorite.)

Now, I overestimated the size of doing two numbers. So this ended up on two cake boards to put next to each other!

I will be adding white chocolate buttercream and raspberry white chocolate buttercream to my list of offerings.

It’s extremely special when I’m asked to make a cake as important to the customer as a gender reveal cake. This couple asked that the middle layer of French vanilla cake either have blueberries for a boy or strawberries for a girl. I’m not telling what they found 😂 Congratulations to the new parents!

The Disney lover in me had an absolute blast making this cake. I was sent an inspiration picture and this is my take on it. The tower was very important to the birthday girl. It’s made completely out of fondant, Rice Krispie treats, and an ice cream cone. The top tier is confetti cake and bottom is chocolate cake. Both are filled with chocolate buttercream and frosted with vanilla buttercream. The customer purchased the figurines for the cake.
