I had a monster 👹 head of red cabbage from 4Roots Farmer’s Market.

So I decided to split it and make sauerkraut & apple coleslaw.
I need to grab some things from the store for the coleslaw, but got the kraut fermenting.
It will take about a month to ferment, but the recipe is literally salt and cabbage.

My first time making it and I am so excited to see & taste it.

I finally picked up the paint brush again and this happened 😭

I guess the brush was bleached by the urethane and bled into clear coat.
I now have to repaint this door and get a different brush.

Was really hoping to pick up the pace, but it looks like this may set me back a few days.

I wasn’t going to do this one and then…
I realized I already had the apple butter, so it only made sense.

Amazing flavor! Would be phenomenal with a coffee ☕️
Next time, I will do a caramel drizzle instead of icing.

Definitely gave me a taste of Fall and got me thinking about a pumpkin spice roll 🤔 🎃

These rolls aren’t a side dish. They have main character energy!

Amazingly soft and creamy with a pleasant sweet heat.
