You never know where the next donut idea will come from…
A few days ago we had the opportunity to do a one off donut that required using sour cream. The easiest way to incorporate that was to add it to our vanilla cream glaze (the one we use for W***y Vanilly & others)
Let’s just say the tang the sour cream added caught my attention 😋
Fast forward a few days and, with the brainstorming help of , meet Sour Cream Crunch. A tangy vanilla glaze with some rough crumbled Nilla wafers for texture, curb appeal & flavor.
I like this donut. A lot. We think you will too. Keep your eyes open for it.
