🍰TRES LECHES CAKE🍰
Another classic! Of course I had to incorporate this at some point.. 😅

If you’re not familiar, tres leches cake is a sponge cake (or something similar), you pour in a mixture of three different milks (sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream), and top it with whipped cream and fruit of your choice. You chill it and then serve. Creating a refreshing dessert on a warm day. ☀️
And no, it’s not just soggy cake! 🤣

🥥MARSHMALLOW FROSTED COOKIES🥥
Inspired by a Mexican cookie from my childhood we used to always buy, IYKYK, but I put my own spin on it.
It’s a sugar cookie base, the right amount of marshmallow frosting, covered in coconut flakes, and a little bit of strawberry jam in the center.

🍓STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE COOKIES🍓
Mhm, a mini cheesecake pretty much. Avoid the cutting, avoid the mess! These are one of my new favorites. 🫶
It’s got a graham cracker cookie base with chopped crackers mixed in, a light cheesecake frosting, and strawberry jam in the middle. A perfect balance of all flavors in each bite!
