Happy Tuesday gluten-free day and our case we have our cinnamon rolls, orange, brown sugar, danish, brownies, chocolate chip, walnut scones, brown sugar, molasses, scone,
our gluten-free case we have vegan banana crunch muffins, vegan peach cobbler those two are also gluten free, Tuscan pesto scones, chocolate caramel cupcakes and maple bacon pancake muffins

Some trusty tools in my arsenal include apps like Gluten Dude and Fig - essential for tracking down those pesky bathrooms when nature calls, courtesy of app called we can’t wait.
Most want you to pay but most have a scanner that you can scan the bar code then it will tell you if it contains gluten

Always remember to read the labels question things if it feels off. Trust your instincts in all situations 🦄🎂☕️

In the case we have

Cinnamon rolls, lemon bars, smore danish, brownies, chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies cinnamon roll cookie

scones we have maple bacon cheddar, mint chocolate, and a s’mores

we have raspberry danish.

We also have gluten-free blackberry and ginger and mushroom Swiss

new today in our cold case we have slices of tiramisu Ladyfinger soaked with our espresso tapped with that lovely espresso cream topped chocolate

Are in installment of what’s in your case happy Friday we have in our original case which is usual suspects we have our cinnamon rolls. orange cardamom muffin tops, strawberry danish, cinnamon roll cookies brownies Biscoff croissants

scone case we have a Butterfinger scone, a chai tea, scone, a mint chocolate scone and a white chocolate raspberry scone.

Now today is Friday today is gluten-free day. We have gluten-free days Tuesdays and Fridays in our gluten-free case we do have a vegan blackberry crumble which is also gluten-free we have our brownies. We have blueberry muffins and we have two types of scones this morning. ginger blackberry and a Portabella mushroom Swiss.

I know some people aren’t happy when they come in and they can’t find gluten-free on the other days, but I will tell you I am doing it Tuesdays and Fridays for the safety of our celiac and our vegans friends We do have to clean everything the night before we sanitize everything, we make all of our products by hand. We do not use the mixers as we try to lessen the cross-contamination as much as we can. That is why I only want to do two days now if you come in and there isn’t any gluten-free after those days I’m sorry that means it probably sold out and or it became unsellable I would not sell it to you if it was hard or unsellable or not tasty OK so unfortunately if you do come in and you’re looking for the gluten-free, I do take special request. I do take special orders. I have no problem doing those, but let’s all try to be nice and cordial with each other. We are a small business one of the ones in the Stateline that do gluten-free and I’m trying to protect my people that do have gluten issues because I do not wanna cross contaminate anybody that’s not fun. I’ve had it done to me. I’ve had where I’ve had to be you know sick for three days and I don’t wanna do that.
I want to be one of the safe spots for my gluten-free people vegan people egg free dairy free diet restrictions
that is all we all just need to be nice and cordial and happy love people.
