Hey, Paddle crew!!!! Tomorrow's forecast is.... PERFECTO!!!! 🌞
We're almost there! After much anticipation, here's everything you need to know for tomorrow.
📍 Location & Check-In Please arrive early to allow time for check-in. Have your info ready, we'll be confirming waivers at the booth. Drive to HERE: https://maps.app.goo.gl/3prJtcttehw8p1VMA
THIS IS WHERE WE ARE MEETING FOR CHECK-IN AND BOARDING YOUR SHUTTLE!!!!
🚌 Shuttle Times There are two shuttle waves:
Wave 1 departs at 10:00 AM
Wave 2 departs no later than 11:00 AM
Your ticket will indicate which wave you're on. Please be ready before your shuttle time. The shuttle will take you to Baumann Park to drop in the water there. You will then float back to where your car is already parked.
📋 Waiver – Action Required Everyone must sign a waiver before boarding. If you haven't signed yet, please do so here: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/7h6zhufflg2kvpa3yhvyt8/web/
Once you check in and your waiver is confirmed, you'll receive your KUSH ON THE KISH wristband and shuttle access. I'll have a full signed list on my end. If you have anyone else in your party, please forward this email to them so they can sign the waiver and have all the details. This will greatly speed up the check-in process.
🌊 On the Water Be safe out there! Each group will have a designated person with herbal refreshments. While you're on the water, the Kush Crew will be back on shore setting up the after-event. This is a longer paddle route, so try to do more paddling than floating. Once you reach the end of the float and arrive at the parking lot where your vehicles are parked, simply follow the signs to the after. It is a three minute drive, but there are mountain bike trails through-out, so please be safe and keep an eye out for bikers.
🎶 After-Event DJ Billi Hendrixx is bringing the beats, we are catering in a variety of sandwiches and Express Eatz will be there for a greater variety of food. We will have some games for you to jump in on and plenty of good vibes. Don't miss it, because this is what it's all about. Bringing people together, getting outside, and living that active, healthy lifestyle. Let's make it a great one! Please use the trash cans we will have out there and let's take care of our parks so we can do this again.
