Classics, rye, and pumpkin bread available this week! I probably won't get another round of pumpkin bread out in October. What do we think about November pumpkin breads? Prefer muffins?

While it's pumpkin season to many, it's peak soup season here. I made some onion soup last night and threw together this loaf the night before using chicken stock in the dough in lieu of water.

Mr. Sweet and Sourdough had a birthday yesterday! Which means I made dessert and we all had cheesecake. 🥳

..and MAYBE I thought I had two parsley plants. And maybe I put clippings from both plants in the sauce. And maybe one of those plants was actually cilantro. 😂😬

It wasn't awful, but it was definitely a "hm," moment after I licked it off the spoon. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm baaack! I spent the summer hanging with my little people. We're washing out of our "summer daze" and as the kids get ready for school, I'm getting ready to get back to the dough!

Classic whites this week and I also have some sandwich/hamburger buns for Labor Day BBQs. I made them for the house last week and made myself a solid chicken salad sandwich. 😍
