Long fermented sour dough and almond had a baby and it's offspring is quite delicious. It tastes like an almond patty, if you have ever had one before. It is infused with soft creamy almond filling layered between sour dough. The dough has been cold fermented for at least two full days. This helps break down the gluten so it is a great option for someone that has gluten sensitivity. It is fresh; just baked this afternoon! Price is $15 per loaf. PM if interested.
Ingredients are as follows: wheat, water, sour dough starter, almond flour, egg, brown sugar, and salt.
