Just a friendly reminder that all custom orders require a deposit upfront to secure your spot on our calendar.

If an order is placed through the website and remains unpaid, our system will automatically cancel it. I do my best to catch those cancellations and give everyone a fair opportunity to complete payment, but if an order is still unpaid by the scheduled pickup date, it will be canceled.

This policy helps me stay organized and ensures I can properly plan ingredients, baking schedules, and availability for all of your orders.
