Everyone asks me, “How long does it take you to decorate ONE cookie?”

So I timed myself. ⏱️

3 minutes and 30 seconds!

I typically estimate about 1 hour per dozen for decorating. And that doesn’t include baking, mixing icing, prepping, packaging, or cleanup.

Too bad I can’t decorate 3x faster in real life like I can in my videos. 😂

A special birthday set for one of my favorite market customers! I’ve gotten to know Kennedy through the market, so it was extra special getting the chance to create something for her birthday!

I especially loved making these knowing she’s been watching my decorating videos and would get to see her own cookies come to life. 🥹 There’s just something so fun about creating cookies for someone who already enjoys watching the process!

Happy birthday, Kennedy! I hope you had the BEST time celebrating at the Iowa State Fair! 🎡
