Cakes & Bakes is owned and operated by Stephanie Coleman. Stephanie got her start in Cake Decorating in 2008 at the Wenatchee Baskin Robbins and graduated from the

Art Institute of Seattle in December 2012 with an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. She moved back home to the Wenatchee Valley in 2014 to open a bakery. Her passion is fueled by a love for scratch baking, a passion for cake decorating and food art, and a strong desire to work closely with customers for each individual custom order.
