When we drop our Fall preorder menu, our new pumpkin roll will absolutely be on it, made with fresh local eggs from SMT Family Farm in York, SC

The feedback was wonderful, and we are excited to add it to the menu just in time for pumpkin season! We might even have one or two in the mornings when you come in like we did today 😬

We never thought we’d learn as much about apple varieties as we have, so shoutout to Windy Hill Orchard & Cidery in York for teaching us!

This week most of our apple goodies will be made with Windy Hill Orchard & Cidery ginger golds, which have a little zing to them! Next week we’ll be using a different variety as apple season gets cranking up

This is also the last week we will be guaranteeing tomato pies, peach pies, and blackberry pies as summer comes to a close

It may not feel like fall this week, but it is so close, you can taste it here at the Bakery 😊

Wednesday, we had original cinnamon rolls and apple cinnamon rolls all the way to close!

This morning, making more than yesterday, we have actually already sold out of original cinnamon rolls (9:45am)

But we do still have some apple cinnamon rolls left
And we still have all of our usual goodies

Sadly, we are getting into that timeframe where we are unsure of how many more peaches we are going to find locally. As long as we can get them locally, we will try to continue peach goodies, but these may be some of the last few slices of peach cake, similar to our strawberry cake, but with peaches!

But no worries, we still have apple bread, apple pie, and carrot cake! And much more pumpkin is coming once we get into September!

This will be the last week for our summer menu.

We may still be working with peaches and tomatoes through September so long as we can get them locally, but they will appear less and less as we move towards pumpkin and other flavors!

So come try the tomato pie, peach pie, and peaches and cream cake if you can
