Just an update. We now have Contract information available as well.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN FIX ANY ERROR, AND RETURN ANY UNEATEN PORTION WITHIN 24 HOURS. PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE DECIDED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT UPTOWN SWEETS DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS IN CASES WHERE AN ITEM WAS MADE CORRECTLY BUT A FLAVOR OR TEXTURE DID NOT MEET A PERSONAL PREFERENCE. A written contract will be made for all large orders over $75 and for wedding cakes.
