We’d like to send a huge shoutout to our splicers. They have had to push hard for the last few weeks due to an increased backlog. They have spliced so much rope lately that I honestly don’t know how they did it. So to all of you...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You continue to make Splice Girls successful 👏🏻👏🏻

Once is a while, we’re reminded what certain people mean to us. I work for Chris now, but once upon a time, she worked for me. We have always been friends along the way and she’s had my back more times than I can count.
Chris is kind, generous, funny as hell, loyal, and hard working. She means so so much to me.
Chris was in an accident on Saturday and honestly, she’s lucky to be alive thanks to Donna’s truck and her seat belt. She’s okay, very sore and bruised, and home recuperating. Your thoughts and prayers for her quick recovery will be appreciated.
We all love you Chris and wish you back to normal in no time.

It’s story time! Here’s a little tidbit about Donna. She loves her Dunkin and she’s extremely generous. If she’s in line in front of a cop, she pays for his/her order. She’s done it for years. This morning, she was at the Marion store and had a Town of Rochester truck behind her and a cop behind them. She paid for both. The town guy flashed his lights. The cop pulled her over after he got his order. He asked her for her license and registration. He looked at it and asked her if she was the person that paid for his coffee. She said yes and he said her registration expired in February and she needed to get her butt back home and take care of it. She cursed, then apologized. He said it was ok because he wasn’t recording it, lol. He thanked her from the department (she unknowingly bought more than his coffee, hahaha), and sent her on her way.
The moral of the story is this...pay it forward, be nice to people, live by the golden rule. Good karma will come back to you when you need it. She could have had to walk home like Chris did a while back. I bet Chris never paid for anyone’s coffee!!!
