Lemon Zucchini cake with organic raspberry jam (I made from my organic garden); pecans & Italian Meringue Praline Frosting. This one was decorated with candied lemon zest. I rarely get to eat my creations, but this one was delicious! Even if I have to say so myself.

Alright, back-to-back spinal surgery & shoulder scope surgery has prevented me from lifting pans; the weather has prevented me from turning on the oven. This is exhausting. I need to create!
