🍂 COLD & FLU SEASON REMINDER 🍂

A little reminder from our Mour Mour’s Montessori village. 🤍🌿

We love having our little ones with us, but when children are actively sick, home is the best place for them to rest and recover.

Please keep your child home when they are experiencing symptoms such as:

🤒 Fever
🤢 Vomiting
🚽 Diarrhea
🤧 Significant thick/discolored nasal drainage with other signs of illness
😴 Or when they simply aren’t feeling well enough to comfortably participate in their normal daycare day

Remember: every child has a different immune system. What may be a minor illness for one child can affect another child much more seriously.

And our providers matter, too. 🤍 When caregivers become sick, we cannot safely care for our children—and that can mean having to close our doors until staff are healthy again.

We have extended grace and leniency in the past, but moving forward, our health and illness policies will be consistently enforced. We kindly ask our families to respect and support these decisions.

They aren’t made to inconvenience anyone. They’re made to protect everyone.

Yesterday we celebrated our Pre-K graduates and it was so bittersweet. Most of these babies have been with me since I opened the doors to our little safe haven Mour Mour’s Montessori . Now they’re off to kindergarten and I’m so proud and grateful of how beautifully they’ve grown, how smart they’ve become and all the love they carry. Yesterday was so much fun! They were so happy and grateful! “Thank you titi” was all I heard the entire time. Like cmon! How amazing are my babies!

May the most high guide their steps for all the days of their lives, and may they know, that my doors will forever remain open to them and their future families. This is a family thing. 🩷😭
