We have come a long way from the days of continuous stirring by hand over a stovetop. Here's our beautiful traditional filling getting the cinnamon treatment.
Peepanolli are back! Aren’t these the cutest?! We found Peeps hiding in our cassata cakes and cupcakes too, but just until Easter! Catch them quick.
So we have been rolling and frying all week making shells. How much filling does it take to fill 10,000 cannoli? A LOT And how do we get it all down there? The logistics have been a challenge and a hurdle we have jumped. Making every opportunity a Big Success!! #MakeSmallBig
