This morning looked a little different.
Instead of baking for customers, I spent my morning making fresh bread, whipping up homemade Sweet Heat Cowboy Butter, mixing fresh herb dipping oil, simmering homemade Apple Cinnamon Vanilla Honey Tea, and putting together little gifts for three people I love dearly.
Each of them is walking through a completely different season of life.
One recently celebrated giving their life to Christ through baptism.
One is carrying the weight of a difficult season.
One simply needs a reminder that they’re loved.
As I was putting everything together, I realized…
Sometimes the greatest gift isn’t another thing.
It’s an experience.
A reason to slow down.
To light a fire.
To enjoy something homemade.
To open a handwritten letter.
To take a deep breath.
To simply be.
So today, I decided to open that experience up to all of you.
