This first photo truly describes the pain I’ve felt everyday since Kali went missing in 1994. Nothing will ever replace her, but I hope she would be proud of Amanda and I for the people we have become and how we honor your memory. ❤️

Yesterday, the Podcast ‘You Should Be Here’ went live. A fundraiser to help families with unsolved cases. This year’s theme is “Cases that haunt us”. I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Megan Storm, an amazing woman whom I went to high school with. If you don’t know Megan produce’s the podcast “A Simpler Time True Crime” and wanted to donate 2 episodes to this fundraising effort.

She beautifully covers the nuances of my cousin Kali’s case. I cannot thank her enough for the time, effort and care she put into telling our story. We would love if you would take the time to tune in and even donate to this amazing cause.

Oct First Friday Rochester Pumpkin Paint Pouring Workshop!! Oct 3rd, 5-9pm

Create a colorful decorated pumpkin that will last forever (because it’s foam!) in this Pumpkin Paint Pouring Workshop at Kali Ann Art Studio on October 3 from 5-9PM. Choose up to 4 colors, mix them up and build a dirty cup to then pour over your pumpkin of choice. Let dry at the studio for 3 days and coordinate pick-up with Ashley at a time that works best for you – just in time to decorate for Halloween!

The workshop will take roughly 45 minutes to complete. It is appropriate for all ages, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please purchase one ticket for each person attending. An accessible entrance is located by parking in the Autozone lot and using our front entrance.

Can’t wait for our Flower Hammering Workshop Aug 1st!! 5-9pm

Preserve the colors of summer by creating your own floral & foliage prints on fabric in this Flower Hammering Class at Kali Ann Art Studio this First Friday, August 1. Also known as Tataki-zome, flower pounding is a Japanese technique using a hammer to transfer the natural pigment of flowers & foliage onto fabric, creating unique patterns and natural dyes.
$25 per person. 5-9pm. Workshop takes 1.5-2hrs to complete.

🎨 Paint Pouring Workshop, Open Studio & Visiting Artist THIS Friday from 5-9pm at the studio!! Who’s coming?! 🙋🏻‍♀️

We’ll have music, light snacks and a lot of fun!
Local artist, Lisa Falcon will have her amazing paintings & prints on display and available for purchase.

Come by anytime between 5-9pm for our Paint Pouring Workshop. Choose 3-4 colors from our paint wall and select your item to pour on: Canvas ($25), Vinyl Record Clock ($35) or set of 4 Coasters ($35).
