🤍little life update! 🤍

If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been, life has been a little quieter around here lately! We have a little one on the way, and unfortunately, the first part of this pregnancy has come with a LOT of sickness. 🥹 Between trying to keep up with my girls and just getting through the day, baking and posting have had to take a bit of a backseat.

But I’m so happy to say that I’m slowly getting back into the swing of things, and Backus Backyard Bakery is back up and running! 🤎🍞

I’ve missed baking, creating new goodies, and sharing everything with you all SO much. Thank you for being patient with me and supporting my home bakery!

✨ I’m officially taking orders again! ✨

There’s just something about a cinnamon raisin loaf. 🍞✨

Not every loaf comes out picture-perfect… and that’s okay. 🤍

I accidentally let this one overproof, so it didn’t get the oven spring I was hoping for. But you know what? It still had a soft crumb, a beautiful tang, and tasted absolutely delicious.
Perfect or not, this one definitely didn’t last long around here. 🥖✨
