Libélulas Sweet Factory Who am I...
I grew up surrounded by cooking books, kitchen tools, messy kitchens and the delicious smells of my father’s cooking.

All these ingredients make me who I am today and give me my passion for baking sugary treats. I have been making cakes for more than fifteen years, as a hobby, but now my desire is to combine my teaching career with the sweetness of baking cakes. I also had the opportunity to spend most of my life in Puerto Rico giving me the privilege to know better about the delicious taste of the “Ponqué cake”

, their traditional cake, one of the most moist, almond flavored cakes, you’ll ever have. All these ingredients make me who I am today and my passion for baking sugary treats. I invite you to have the experience of tasting these and other flavors of cakes.
