We're running into a few delays getting our downtown coffee trailer ready to roll, so you'll see our full coffee crew hanging out inside MenSalon today (and possibly tomorrow... and maybe Wednesday 😆).

Some of you may remember this trailer... the one that helped turn a dream into reality. ☕🤎

Last week Papa & I pulled our original Papa's Roast trailer out of storage and started getting it ready for a new purpose. While our white trailer continues to serve the heart of Rochester, this little trailer will be parked downtown to serve the hardworking crews helping to build the Mayo Clinic expansion.

There's something special about dusting off the trailer that started it all and giving it a second chapter. From early mornings and long days to countless cups of coffee, this trailer has been part of our journey from the beginning.

We're excited to fuel the men and women helping shape the future of our community—one cup of coffee at a time.

Meet Rachel 🤎

Rachel first joined the Papa’s Roast team last summer while she was home from college, and I was beyond excited when she asked to come back for another season. After all the chaos, long days, and nonstop juggling my team helps me survive through 🫠 — having people like Rachel in my corner means more than I can explain.

This season, Rachel will be taking the lead on opening our downtown coffee trailer, but you’ll also catch her filling shifts at MenSalon and the Farmers Market as she helps keep all the moving pieces glued together around here ☕✨
