Ok guys. Let me level with you. I’ve got some health stuff going on. I’m tired. Exhausted really.

I’ve had no fewer than 50 messages from people asking me to hold little things for them and set a pickup time. This is extremely hard to manage around my other jobs. And I can’t afford to be running to the bakery for very small sales.

I’m going to set some times to be open and I will post them on the page soon. These will be the times I’m going to set aside for more open house style sales and for pickups.

Stay tuned and I will announce those times.

We got a lot sold today! Thank you to everyone who came out. You made my hours spent here tonight worthwhile! I appreciate you all. I will probably be holding another sale in the near future. Stay tuned!

We have sold some of our large equipment, but we still have some large pieces of equipment to get rid of.

Our double door fridge is nearly brand new. It is Main Street brand and works flawlessly. Asking $1,500 for it. (PENDING)

Our smaller fridge is True brand (if you know commercial refrigeration, you know that True is top notch!). It has a glass display door and we custom cut several shelves to put into the fridge. This fridge was recently services and works like a charm. Asking $2,000.

We lovingly refer to our massive 60 quart Hobart mixer (H600) as Helga. She's an absolute BEAST and powers through just about anything. This is a 3 phase electric mixer (we have single phase electric and run it with a converter that I'm willing to sell for an extra cost). It is 1.5 HP and 5.8 amp, 200 volts. It includes a dough hook and paddle attachment as well as the 60 quart bowl and bowl truck. Everything included is all Hobart OEM. Asking $6,000. This mixer new costs over $30,000.

Our Hobart 30 quart mixer (D300) - nicknamed Henrietta in our little bakery - is also a workhorse, but on a smaller scale. This machine uses a standard 110 plug and is single phase. She includes a Hobart 30 quart bowl, paddle, and whisk. This mixer sells for over $16,000 new. We are asking $3,000 for her.

The Dutchess is an antique dough divider and rounder. They don't make them like this any more! I purchased this one instead of a newer model for that reason! You won't find any plastic parts on this baby! She's solid cast iron. That means you don't have to worry about parts breaking during use. The Dutchess has been completely restored by Modern Materials right here in Rochester. She was disassembled, stripped, powder coated, and all parts that touch food were professionally seasoned. It includes 3 trays and makes 36 perfect balls of dough up to 2 3/4 ounces each. Perfect for dinner rolls and buns. I am asking $3,800.

Much to my dismay, I'm selling my Simply Bread Oven along with the heavy duty stainless steel stand it is sitting on, three Simply Bread Baking Pans, Three loading boards, and 6 baking mats. Asking $7,500.

We have two commercial bread slicers, both Oliver brand and both fully functional. One is a 797-32 model and the other is 797G. These sell for $4,000 new. We are asking $1,600 for each.

We have loads of industrial shelving, lots of utensils, a couple of butcher block work tables (PENDING), a couple of stainless steel tables on wheels (PENDING), and LOADS of sheet pans (various sizes) and cake and cupcake pans (various sizes/shapes). There's far too much to list, so come check it out! We will be open to the public on February 13th from 3:30-6pm. First come, first served! If you're interested in any of the large equipment, please feel free to reach out to us.
